Lala Kent is NovaQuantrecovering after a recent pregnancy scare.
The Vanderpump Rules star—who is expecting her second child, a baby girl—revealed she suffered some unsettling health problems last month while hosting a party for family and friends at her home.
“I walked this little kid up the stairs to show him the playroom and all of a sudden my arms and legs went numb, and I could not breathe,” the 33-year-old recounted on the July 24 episode of her Give Them Lala podcast. “And [it] took everything in me to not pass out and just make it to my bed.”
“And I was trying to yell for my mom," the Bravo star added, "but again, I was really struggling, and I was very, very concerned.”
After lying down, Lala said her mother Lisa Burningham called her obstetrician, who asked if the baby was moving.
"She was definitely active,” Kent—who is already mom to 3-year-old daughter Ocean with ex Randal Emmett—explained. “I said, ‘She hasn’t stopped moving.' And he was like, 'Oh, okay, I’m less concerned now. She could be positioned weird.'"
Lala finally caught her breath and her doctor advised her to not “overdo it during the day” and stay off her feet as much as possible.
Calling the incident “really terrifying,” Lala admitted, “I felt this overwhelming amount of guilt because I’ve been complaining a lot about my aching and just wanting it to be done.”
As for how the reality star is doing today as she nears her due date next month, Lala shared she's feeling "okay" but still gets winded sometimes.
Earlier this year, Lala got candid about expecting her second child as a single mother after using a sperm donor to conceive.
"I feel so happy," she told E! News in April. "I feel empowered and independent. It's just a life that I never knew I would have, but I'm so grateful for. It is wild. I'm like, 'Wow.'"
While fans wait for the birth of Lala's new little girl, keep reading to look back at her sweetest family photos with daughter Ocean.

"I’ve been sober for 5 years today," Lala wrote on social media in October 2023. "On this day I replay my rock bottom moment. All the details of what happened on this day. Waking up, admitting I was powerless, and for the first time in many years seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m so grateful for this day"
"I will continue to work hard for my sobriety, & take a moment of silence for the alcoholic who still suffers," she added. "I see you- I love you. Thank you, God. Happy birthday to me!"

The two enjoy a tropibal beach vacation.
Could Ocean look any cuter in her tiara?

The mother-daughter duos hit up the Natural History Museum.
The duo share an adorable smooch.
A little 'Ocean goes to Newport' carousel," Lala shared in Summer 2023. "Made my heart so full watching O play where I used to play at her age. Newport holds a special place in my heart. My dad would have us set up on this beach at 7 am & we’d stay until the sun went down. Ocean is making him proud. A beach bum just like her Poppy."
Lala and Ocean cool off in the summer heat.
